Service Terms & Refund Policy

1. What You're Buying

Our services are done-for-you creator collaboration campaigns, sold as one-time batches. They are not subscriptions: you pay once, we deliver the batch, and there is no recurring charge or contract.

Depending on the service and tier you purchase, a batch includes:

• Creator sourcing and vetting matched to your brief (Barter Agency), or scriptwriting and AI presenter casting (AI UGC)
• All outreach, negotiation, and deal management, handled by us
• Content collection and quality review against your brief
• Written usage rights for the delivered content, per your tier
• A plain-English delivery report when the batch completes

For Barter Agency, one collab means one short-form video plus usage rights. The exact number of collabs or videos in your batch is stated on the pricing page and your receipt at the time of purchase.

2. Timeline

Work starts when you submit your brief, not at the moment of payment. For Barter Agency campaigns, first approved content typically lands in weeks 2–4 after your brief, because product has to reach creators before they can film. AI UGC batches typically deliver within about 5 business days of an approved brief.

If a batch is going to run late, we tell you by email with the reason and the new expected date. Deadlines you flag in the brief are treated as targets we plan around, not guarantees.

3. Your Responsibilities

We do the heavy lifting, but a few things stay on your side:

• Submit an accurate, complete brief. Our sourcing, pitching, and scripts are built on what you tell us.
• For barter campaigns: ship your product to the matched creators at the addresses we send you. You pay for the product units and shipping; we confirm the exact unit count before you ship anything.
• Give timely feedback at approval points (creator list, scripts, delivered content). Long silences pause your batch and stretch the timeline.

4. Creator Compensation

Barter Agency campaigns run on a product-for-content model: the creator receives your product, and in most collabs no cash goes from you to the creator. Your total cost is our one-time service fee plus the product units you ship.

Some campaigns (for example, larger Scale plans) may include a mix of barter and paid creators. Any paid-creator component is agreed with you in writing before any money is committed, and creator cash fees are always separate from, and in addition to, our service fee. We never spend your money on creator fees without your prior written approval.

5. Revisions & Replacements

• Every deliverable includes at least one revision round: if a piece misses your brief, we send it back to the creator (or re-edit, for AI UGC) at no extra cost. Some tiers include more; your tier's revision count is stated on the pricing page.
• If a matched creator goes unresponsive or can't deliver, we replace them with another vetted creator at no extra cost. Replacements restart that collab's timeline, not your whole batch.
• Requests beyond the included revisions (new concepts, scope changes) are quoted to you in writing before we do any extra work.

6. Refund Policy

• Before creator outreach begins: full refund, any time, no questions asked. This includes after you've paid but before we start pitching creators (or, for AI UGC, before production starts on your approved scripts).
• After outreach or production has started: a prorated refund for the undelivered collabs or videos in your batch. Work already done on in-progress deliverables is counted as delivered for this calculation.
• Delivered content: no refund for content that has been delivered to you. You keep it, with its usage rights, regardless of any partial refund on the rest of the batch.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. To request one, reply to your receipt email or write to [email protected] with the email address you purchased with. Product you have already shipped to creators is not refundable by us, which is why we confirm unit counts with you before anything ships.

7. Content Rights

You receive usage rights to the delivered content per the tier you purchased, secured in writing at the deal stage, including the right to run the content as paid ads and use it on your site, email, and social channels. These rights survive the end of the campaign: content we've delivered stays yours to use.

Creators retain authorship credit for the content on their own channels. For barter collabs, required FTC disclosure (#ad / #gifted) is built into every creator agreement and checked on delivery.
